I confirm that all personal, academic, disability, and examination information and documents submitted by me are true, accurate, authentic and lawfully obtained.

Save The Quest does not conduct background checks, police verification, or credential validation of any volunteer.

Allocation of a scribe is based on mutual consent and availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

I acknowledge that Save The Quest shall not be liable for academic results, examination outcomes, delays, cancellations or failures.

I confirm that I am fully aware of and shall comply with all examination rules, institutional guidelines and Government of India scribe norms applicable to me.

Compliance with exam permissions, eligibility, and statutory requirements remains solely my responsibility.

I agree to maintain professional, respectful and lawful conduct with volunteers at all times.

Any form of misconduct, abuse, coercion, discrimination, recording or sexual harassment is strictly prohibited.

Save The Quest does not investigate, adjudicate, or resolve disputes, misconduct or POSH complaints between users.

Save The Quest shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident or safety incident during platform-related interactions.

Save The Quest does not provide insurance, legal representation, mediation or dispute-resolution services.

I consent to the collection, storage and processing of my personal data under the DPDP Act, 2023, solely for platform operations.

I agree not to misuse the platform in violation of the Information Technology Act, 2000, including impersonation or data misuse.

Save The Quest shall not be responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes or system failures.

I confirm that I am legally competent to accept these terms or have obtained valid guardian or institutional consent.

I acknowledge that Save The Quest does not require exclusive reliance and I may seek assistance through other lawful means.

I understand that no user is authorised to represent or bind Save The Quest in any manner.

Save The Quest shall not be liable for reputational harm arising from user conduct, public statements or third-party allegations.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Save The Quest, its trustees, employees, partners, and CSR sponsors from any claims arising from my actions or platform use.

I confirm that all personal, educational, and identification details and documents provided by me are true, accurate, authentic and lawful.

Save The Quest does not conduct police verification, background checks or credential validation of volunteers.

My participation is purely voluntary and does not create any employment, agency, fiduciary or contractual relationship with Save The Quest.

Save The Quest does not supervise, monitor or control my conduct during examinations or academic assistance.

I confirm that I am fully aware of and shall comply with examination rules, institutional guidelines and Government of India scribe policies.

I am solely responsible for ethical conduct, confidentiality, and examination compliance.

I agree to maintain professional, respectful and lawful behaviour with beneficiaries at all times.

Any form of misconduct, abuse, coercion, discrimination, recording or sexual harassment is strictly prohibited.

Save The Quest shall not be liable for complaints, allegations or legal consequences arising from my conduct.

Save The Quest does not conduct inquiries, disciplinary proceedings or POSH investigations.

Any honorarium or reimbursement, if applicable, is discretionary, non-guaranteed and non-contractual.

Save The Quest does not provide insurance, legal protection or safety guarantees.
